Andre Boysen CHIEF IDENTITY OFFICER SECUREKEY
Andre is responsible for positioning SecureKey’s growth strategy, cultivating opportunities in new and existing markets, and promoting demand for the company’s solutions globally. He serves as SecureKey’s digital identity evangelist.
Prior to joining SecureKey, Andre co-founded and served as chief technology officer of 724 Solutions Inc. Previously, he served as chief technology officer for Footprint Software and as chief executive officer for the company’s Asia Pacific business. In 1999, he was named one of Canada’s Top 40 Under 40 in recognition of his vision and accomplishments. From 1990 to 1994, he served as chief executive officer of Open Systems Limited. Andre has also served on the boards of 724 Solutions Inc., Dexit Inc., Footprint Software Pty. Ltd., and 305 Management Services.
Paul Grassi SENIOR STANDARDS AND TECHNOLOGY ADVISOR NATIONAL INSTITUTE OF STANDARDS OF TECHNOLOGY (NIST)
Paul Grassi is the Senior Standards and Technology Advisor at the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST). He joined NIST in June 2014 to advance and accelerate the development and adoption of identity authentication and authorization related standards and technologies needed to implement the identity ecosystem envisioned in the National Strategy for Trusted Identities in Cyberspace (NSTIC).
Mr. Grassi comes to NIST with a broad background of technology and management consulting, and significant experience developing enterprise security strategies and systems, having served a range of Fortune 500 companies, as well as domestic and foreign governments.

Greg is the founder of SecureKey and brings more than 30 years of experience in fintech, security and mobile solutions to his role as Chief Executive Officer. Greg is a serial entrepreneurial whose earlier ventures include Footprint Software Inc., a financial software company he sold to IBM, and 724 Solutions Inc., a wireless infrastructure software provider he took public. He sits on several boards and has been recognized as one of Canada’s Top 40 Under 40 as well as Entrepreneur of the Year. Greg holds a Bachelor of Arts in Computer Science from the University of Western Ontario and a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry and Life Sciences from the University of Toronto.
