About the Event
Join us as we reunite in-person for IdentityNORTH’s highly anticipated 2022 Annual Summit on June 14th & 15th, 2022 in Toronto, Ontario. Implementing Trustworthy Frameworks is the driving force behind building digital trust. This is an opportunity to hear high-profile industry leaders and experts spark conversations around key topics like privacy, compliance, security, anti-fraud, and ethics.
Over these two days, you’ll have the chance to not only soak up these inspiring talks, but also drive your own agenda through our “UnConference” sessions, on top of the opportunity to network with your peers.

Why Attend IdentityNORTH Events?
IdentityNORTH was founded on a vision of building a community for the purpose of supporting 3 objectives:
Educate:
Inspire Canadians with a sense of the new opportunities presented by broad adoption of decentralized Digital ID as a foundational piece in our lives. We see a huge opportunity to grow our economy by building literacy around decentralized Digital ID, privacy, and the emergence of our digital economy.
Connect:
Guide Canadians into a bigger, broader set of discussions, and activities surrounding decentralized Digital ID and its applications. The solutions to the challenges and opportunities ahead likely already lie in exploring each other’s ideas, technology, and working together. We can’t work together if we don’t know each other. How better to really know someone than to learn from leaders, engage in lively discussion, explore new ideas and share meals together?
Promote:
Support world-class Canadian companies as they seek to gain profile and access to projects and opportunities across Canada and around the world. We Canadians punch above our weight, contributing seminal work like The 7 Laws of Identity, Privacy by Design, the widely adopted Levels of Assurance, and the decentralized Digital ID and Authentication Council of Canada. Unfortunately, we often export by exporting our people. IdentityNORTH will help Canadians to share our technology and architectures around the world and, in doing so, to also export our principles to help lead the world. We will help create a globally recognized hub of excellence here in Canada.
