Colleen Elliott

Colleen Elliott is a Senior Consultant at the Ontario Digital Service. The Ontario Digital Service helps the Ontario Government ‘put the people first’ in everything it does by adopting new digital practices and technologies that will deliver simpler, faster, better services to Ontarians. Colleen has 13 years of public sector experience, leading business improvement and digital projects in the Ontario Government. As the project lead for Digital Identity, Colleen manages teams responsible for developing deliverables to inform Ontario’s approach to Digital Identity including user research, prototype development, strategy and business model design. Colleen is also passionate about diversity and inclusion, chairing and participating in diversity committees in her ministry and mentoring other public servants through the Diversity Career Champion Program.
