Corinne Rowswell

Senior Advisor, Strategic Initiatives, PEI Department of Health and Wellness

Corinne Rowswell holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from St. FX University and a Masters Degree in Public Administration from Dalhousie. She has over 30 years of varied front line, management and policy experience in the health care field in acute care, home and palliative care and public health. Corinne recently accepted the position of Senior Advisor, Strategic Initiatives in the Deputy Ministers of PEI’s Department of Health and Wellness.

Corinne is excited by the opportunity to enhance citizen access to information, programs and services and believes technology supports integrated health service delivery across the care continuum. She is especially interested in ensuring that health disparities are not perpetuated or widened as we embrace digital health.

Corinne and her husband live in the country in PEI with their youngest son, and they have successfully launched two adult sons.
