Director – Digital Identity, Treasury Board of Canada Secretariat
Ken McMillan PMP, CISSP, ITIL, MIPIS, PCIP, is the Acting Director for Digital Identity at the Treasury Board of Canada Secretariat. Ken has more than 20 years’ experience introducing new products to private and public sector audiences all over the world. Some of the positions he has held include Senior Advisor at Public Services and Procurement Canada, Acting Director at the Office of Small and Medium Enterprises for the National Capital Region, and President at SDC and MIMI with clients such as Alcatel-Lucent, Global Knowledge Networks, and Environment and Climate Change Canada. Ken earned his Master’s Degree in Infrastructure Protection and International Security from Carleton University. He volunteers as Co-Chair of the Digital ID and Authentication Council of Canada (DIACC) Trust Framework Expert Committee.
