Kristen manages a team of fraud analysts delivering superior strategies against credit card and ecommerce fraud. Since joining Canadian Tire Bank in 2003, Kristen has built risk scoring models and implemented many fraud strategies into production systems, including authorization processing, credit adjudication, authentication and self-service channels.
Kristen, a relatively entertaining speaker when compared to other bankers, has presented on fraud and related topics at MasterCard Risk Conference, IAFCI, Visa Risk Summit, Interac Risk & Cyber Crime, Niagara Fraud & Counterfeit Forum, and others.
