Manager, System Support, Province of PEI
Sherry McCourt is the Manager of System Support, IT Shared Services, Treasury Board Secretariat, Provincial Government. Sherry and her team are responsible for all the operational systems for Government, Health, and Education. She is has the responsibility for Client Relationship Management. Prior to joining IT Shared Services, Sherry was a Project Manager in the Department of Health. Sherry has led and co-led multiple complex procurements within the health environment. One of her most notable projects was the project manager of the first Drug Information System in Canada.
Sherry is currently the acting program lead for Digital Identity for PEI and sits on a number of committees for Digital Government in PEI and on national groups.
Sherry earned both her bachelor’s degree and master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Prince Edward Island. She holds a certificate in Human Resource Management.
